Photographers who enjoy photographing animals and people, will enjoy this workshop at the San Diego Zoo.  We'll visit various spots in the park over a couple of hours, with plenty of practice using the ancient tlish diyan "silent calling" method of yang'ai to get some great shots of normally very shy critters!

Torrey Pines Beach Treasure Hunt

On any given day, Torrey Pines State Beach is a busy spot, one of the area's most popular beaches for walking, with plenty of focus for photographers looking to capture images of Earth Spirit in the land and water, birds in flight, and the patterns of light and shadow.  This class involves point and shoot photography techniques.

Walk the Ranch

    bring a bottle of water, appropriate clothing, and a camp chair in case you want to sit.
This is the first in a series of explorative Ranch photowalks led by Linda Yraceburu.  The itinerary includes special sights and areas at the Yraceburu Ranch in Ramona and offers a special combination of trees, water, ranch photography, and Yraceburu life.

Instruction in pre-walk preparation and soft focus seeing will be provided along the short, but image packed route.  Here's a chance to really "see" in-between!~

Grotto Night Photography @ the Ranch

What does the Fairy Grotto look like at night?  Spend a few hours from before sunset till after dark.  The Grotto never sleeps - so why should our dream visions?  We'll explore the night life that pervades the grotto and discuss how to create compositions with strong feeling, and approaches to the best results for night moves!
